"Muddy Waters" 18" x 14" Oil Painting By Kristy McNelly, artist I was horseback riding on a ranch south of San Antonio a few years back and photographed this young cow standing in a small shallow muddy pond trying to cool off. I knew that someday I would paint it and today was the day! I kept the painting loose and impressionistic with lots of color.
